Free High Intensity Interval Training class

Fancy building your strength and fitness? Our high-intensity fitness class is perfect for that! 

What you can expect - Our experienced instructor Jenn will take you through a series of exercises designed to get your heart rate up and gain strength. It is a circuit style training with different exercises for the whole body. This will definitely help you reach your fitness goals! The class is really friendly and despite the title, you don’t need previous experience, just the motivation to do your best! Jenn has lots of experience working with different sports clubs as well as running fitness sessions so you will be in safe hands. 

Where: High Tor 2 at Endcliffe (The Edge). Please use the side entrance (the same as the entrance to the Bar) and walk up the stairs past the Bar. 

Time: Every Monday 6:00-6:45pm  Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to make sure that you can check into the room. Residence Mentor will be there to check attendance. 

Cost: Free

How to book: Booking is essential. Please book via Eventbrite. 

What you need: We provide exercise mats. Make sure that you wear comfy clothes and bring a water bottle. Please come already changed into the clothes that you will be exercising in.
