Please note that this event is not open to members of public and is only available to Residence Life students as part of the University of Sheffield.
Are you looking for a good way to improve your fitness and strength? You can kick start your fitness journey with our weekly dance fitness class! Not only you will work on your cardio and general fitness but dancing is one of the best ways to get a really good and fun workout.
What you can expect - Wherever you are on your fitness journey this session with help achieve your goals.
Where: High Tor 2 at Endcliffe (The Edge). Please use the side entrance (the same as the entrance to the Bar) and walk up the stairs past the Bar.
Time: Every Wednesday 19:30: 20:15. Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to make sure that you can check into the room. Residence Mentor will be there to check attendance.
How to book: Booking is essential. Please book via Eventbrite.
What you need: We provide exercise mats. Make sure that you wear comfy clothes and bring a water bottle. Please come already changed into the clothes that you will be exercising in.
