Come and dance yourself to fitness with our weekly Zumba and Dance Fitness class!
What you can expect - Zumba and dance fitness is one of the best ways of getting fit and healthy! Not only it is super fun, but you can expect a really good workout and improved cardio! Dancing is one of the best ways to get a really good and fun workout.
What you can expect - Wherever you are on your fitness journey this session with help achieve your goals.
Where: High Tor 2 at Endcliffe (The Edge). Please use the side entrance (the same as the entrance to the Bar) and walk up the stairs past the Bar.
This class is only for students who live in University Accommodation and are part of Residence Life. You will be asked to show you U-card upon entry.
Time: Every Wednesday
6:30-7:15 pm
Please make sure that you attend the slot that you booked prior to the session. If you can't attend please cancel your space. You can only book sessions a week in advance. You can book via Eventbrite.
Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to make sure that you can check into the room. An Engagement & Development Assistant or Mentor will be there to check attendance.
Cost: Free
What you need: Make sure that you wear comfy clothes and bring a water bottle. Please come already changed into the clothes that you will be exercising in.
