Wellness Week Challenge

Welcome to our Wellness Week Challenge! 

As students, we all know how stressful this exam season is. Hence, it is even more important to take good care of ourselves so that we have the energy to power through the assessments!

Join our Wellness Week Challenge to prompt yourself to take small and attainable steps every day (Monday to Friday) for a week towards better mental health.

This challenge will run for 3 weeks (w/c 17th January- w/c  31st January).

You may submit 1 entry per week throughout the period (hence you may have 3 entries max). Submit your form using this link -

Successful entries (reviewed by ResLife) will be pooled into a lucky draw and 5 entries will be selected to win a £5 Amazon e-voucher. Thus,  the more entries you submit (max. 3), the better your chance of winning!

Hopefully by the end of the challenge, you will feel calmer and happier, and can take away one or two thinking habits that can improve your well-being in the long run!

Closing date is at Midnight on Sunday 6th February.  Any entries received after this time will be discarded.
