Are you looking for a good way to improve your fitness and strength? For just £1 you can kick start your fitness journey with our weekly fitness class!
What you can expect - Wherever you are on your fitness journey this session with help achieve your goals. Watch your fitness improve each week as you go through whole-body exercises with particular emphasis on gaining strength and toning your muscles. The hardest thing is to start so bring a housemate for some extra motivation and give it a try!
Where: High Tor 2 at Endcliffe (The Edge). Please use the side entrance (the same as the entrance to the Bar) and walk up the stairs past the Bar.
Time: Every Monday 6-7 pm. Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early to make sure that you can check into the room. Residence Mentor will be there to check attendance.
Cost: £1 (The £1 goes back to Residence Life Programme to fund more awesome activities)
What you need: We provide exercise mats. Make sure that you wear comfy clothes and bring a water bottle. Please come already changed into the clothes that you will be exercising in.
