1 packet egg noodles

Sliced mushrooms [small handful]

Grated carrot [small handful]

Frozen peas [small handful]

Sliced spring onions [small handful]

200G firm Tofu


Blue Dragon Hoisin and Garlic Sauce


  1. Add a little oil in a pan and gently stir fry the mushrooms, carrot, peas, spring onion until soft
  2. Add the sauce mix and cook until hot
  3. Meanwhile cook the Udon noodles according to packet instruction’s
  4. Put noodles into a serving dish and top with the stir-fry sauce
