Stress Busters in January

January's set to be full of revision - and with revision often comes stress. With this in mind, we have a programme of stress busting activities for you during the exam period, which we hope will take off some of the pressure and help you to have a well-deserved break from all that revision!

Our programme of Stress Buster events will take place in the three weeks between 16 January - 5 February and will include all sorts of activities, including:

  • Relaxation workshops, such as massage, stress management and Reiki.
  • Free adult colouring, origami and herbal teas available every day at The Edge, The Ridge and Allen Court Common Room.
  • The ever popular Social Sport sessions to keep you active and boost your well being.
  • The usual quizzes and football showings at The Edge and The Ridge to give you a break and take your mind off revision for a night or two.
