High Intensity Fitness

High intensity interval training, or HIIT, is a training technique in which you go all-out, with 100% effort with quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods. Our instructor will get your heart rate and breathing up whilst making sure you know exactly what you're doing.

The session is open to students from all accommodation sites, males, females and all fitness levels with all equipment provided.
