Our Residence Life Sports Programme officially kicks off with a brand new weekly outdoor Bootcamp session!
This is a body conditioning class designed to get your heart pumping and your muscles moving. Using a variety of training techniques and exercises, combined with your willingness to work hard, you're guaranteed a great workout that will improve your cardio, strength and endurance fitness.
Where: Meet outside the Edge reception - Look out for your instructor Jenn who will be waiting just outside the main reception area. The main entrance reception area is just off the Piazza. (Please see photo below).
Time: Every Wednesday during term-time -12 pm - please be a few minutes early. The group will not wait!
Cost: £1 (The £1 goes back to Residence Life Programme to fund more awesome activities)
What you need: The session is outside so be prepared for all elements! Bring comfy clothes, suitable footwear and a water bottle.
Covid-19 - Please follow social distancing guidelines all throughout the session. Do not exercise within 2 metres of anyone. You do not need to wear a mask when you are exercising. Please wear a mask when you meet with the group and sanitise your hands before and after each session. Hand sanitiser can be found at the Edge reception. Please note that you will not be able to turn up without booking.
