Live Chat system for maintenance queries

If you receive a damage notification charge in relation to your residence, we understand that you might want to query this or get more information. To make this easier, we have launched a Live Chat system that operates twice a week, Tuesday and Friday 10:30 - 12:30.

The Live Chat can be used to discuss any query you have relating to a notification of damage charge, or deductions/refund of your deposit.
