One Pot Cooking

Residence Life and Give It A Go have teamed up with some of the best chefs across the University to bring you a brand new cooking class experience with our ‘One Pot Cooking’ sessions. In each class, you'll be given a recipe and shown how to make a delicious dish - before having a go yourself. All equipment and ingredients will be provided. 'One Pot Cooking' is a great class if you want to know how to make an easy, no hassle dish!
On 11 February we are cooking: Salmon, peppers and prawns in creamy tomato and pesto sauce.
On 4 March we are cooking: Lamb meatballs with jewelled cous cous.
