Give it a Go - Minded Yoga

Meet outside The Edge at 7pm or in Endcliffe Studio (Crewe Flats)  - 15th February, 7.15 - 8.15pm

Please wear suitable clothing and bring a bottle of water.  Please note, classes will be taken bare foot.

Minded yoga improves your sense of well being and ability to deal with stress. It’s especially useful for students - it helps you to relax and take a break from your studies. This class is suitable for beginners (with no strength or flexibility required- just enthusiasm!)
