Come and join our weekly Yoga session led by Yoga instructor Emily. We will focus on restorative practice to help your mind and body relax.
What you can expect -This Yoga is a perfect evening session as it will help you to relax and connect your mind to your body using stretches and Yoga transitions. The class is friendly and suitable for all abilities.
This session will run online during the lockdown period and is usually delivered face to face.
Where: Online! So you can do this session from the comfort of your home.
Time: Every Tuesday 7:45-8:45 pm
How to book: No need to book! This class will be done live via our Facebook Page. If you haven't already, please join our Residence Life Facebook Page here. You will have to join in advance of the session as each member needs to be approved. You can then go to the page at 6 pm and we will be ready to go!
What you need: You will need your own exercise or Yoga mat. Please clear some space in the area where you will be exercising and make sure that you stay hydrated.
