Come and find your flow with our weekly Yoga session led by experienced instructor Anju.
What you can expect -This Yoga is perfect if you want to find your flow and fall in love with this wonderful practice! Anju is passionate about Yoga and the benefits of it for both mental and physical health so you will pick up some really good tips which will help you carry your new positive mindset over to your day to day life.

Time: Every Thursday 6-7 pm
What you need: Make sure that you clear the exercise area that you will be using. Please use an exercise or Yoga mat if you have one. Don’t forget to stay hydrated and be considerate with regards to music to any housemates and neighbours.
