Where: Online! So you can do this session from the comfort of your home.
Time: Every Friday 1-2 pm
How to book: No need to book! This class will be done live via our Facebook Page. If you haven't already, please join our Residence Life Facebook Page here. You will have to join in advance of the session as each member needs to be approved. You can then go to the page at 1 pm and we will be ready to go.
What you need: Please use Yoga or exercise mat if you have one. Clear some space in the area where you will be exercising and make sure that you stay hydrated.
