Egg Fried Rice

1 cups rice

Frozen peas [handful]

1 carrots grated

1 small onion diced

2 eggs

Soya sauce

chilli oil

125G Quorn chicken pieces or cooked chicken pieces


  1. Cook the rice according to packet instructions
  2. Add a little oil to a pan and cook the onions until soft
  3. Add your carrots and peas to the onions
  4. Add your protein
  5. Whisk the eggs together and add this to the pan, mix together until egg is cooked and scrambled.
  6. Add this to the rice.
  7. Flavour with soya sauce to your liking
