Big Spring Clean

Everyone loves a big spring clean, and by the time you come to the end of your time in University accommodation you might find you've accumulated more stuff than you came with, or perhaps you want a refresh in your new home - that's where Donate, Don't Waste comes in. 

Each year we encourage students to donate any unwanted items to the scheme, which are then split between the Free Shop and local charities that we work with. This Showcase event will give you the opportunity to come and talk with the charities and find out where donations go and who they help.

When: Wednesday 27 April 2022

Where: The Edge Piazza

Time: 11am - 4pm

What:  Sheffield Mind, The British Heart Foundation, S6 Foodbank, St Vincent's de Paul, and Veolia will have stalls on the piazza where you can talk to them about what their charity does, how they use our students' donations, and what you can donate.

Clothes Swap

Residence Life and Jenny Muir are joining the Big Spring Clean with a clothes swap! Register your interest here, and we hope to see you on Wednesday!
