21 days of Yoga challenge

We are so excited to announce our brand-new stress busters challenge! 

Time is precious during exam time but here at Residence Life, we believe that looking after yourself and allowing time to recharge will do wonders for not only your capacity to focus but to manage stress and recharge your batteries. 

This is why we are bringing you 21 Days of Yoga challenge! Just 15 minutes of Yoga a day, for 21 days. 

If you wanted to get into Yoga but didn’t quite know how to, this could be perfect for you as, by the end of the 21 days, you would have covered all of the main principles that will form the foundations of your own practice. 

So join our experienced instructors Emily, Jenn and Anju as they guide you through this journey. No matter what your level of experience is, this challenge is open and suitable for everyone. No equipment needed although it would be helpful to have access to a Yoga mat. 

You can sign up here. When you sign up, you will receive an email each day with a brand-new video as well as a daily dose of mindfulness. We also have a daily giveaway which you can access via a unique link so make sure that you sign up! 

Please note that this competition is only open to students who live in University Accommodation. If you are not part of Residence Life you can still follow the videos via our YouTube channel.

This challenge will run between the 18th of January and 7th February.
